Itinerary Visit Guide

Day 1

Airport/Railway Station Pickup – Refresh at Hotel – Wildlife Sanctuary – Drop at Hotel

On your arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport or Railway Station, we will pick you up and transfer to the hotel for your comfortable stay. After getting freshens up we will take you to witness various species animals, reptiles, mammals, amphibians, and fish. You will find endangered species as well in Nandankanan Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy Lion and tiger safari. Have your lunch in between. Then explore Bhubaneswar local market. Back to the hotel after dinner for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Hotel Pickup – Monuments –Temples – Buddhist Culture – Drop at Hotel

This morning after breakfast, visit Khandagiri and Udaygiri caves, Jain Monuments which belong to 2nd Century B.C. After visiting those historical monuments, we will take you for authentic Odiya cuisine. Then visit Odisha state museum with a lot of Buddhist Sculptors collected from different Buddhist archeological sites of Odisha. Then visit Lingaraj, Parshurameshwar, Mukhterswar and Rajarani Temples in the evening. Back to the hotel after dinner for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Bhubaneswar – Dhauli – Pipli – Konark – Puri -- Bhubaneswar

This morning after breakfast visit Dhauli, The Peace Pagoda, famous for Ashokan Rock Edicts and Place where the battle of Kalinga was Fought which made a great change of Ashok mind so that he became Buddhist. Have your lunch in between. Later visit Pipili applique market and World heritage site Sun Temple of Konark (Watch the Buddhist influence on this temple). Then drive to Puri. Visit Jagannath Temple for Darshan. Then visit the sea beach. Drive back to Bhubaneswar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Bhubaneswar – Lalitgiri – Udayagiri – Langudigiri -- Bhubaneswar

After breakfast a full-day excursion to Lalitgiri (Archeological site of a Buddhist Monastery from 4th to 8th Century AD) with Monastery parts and many votive Stupa, all different Buddhist sculptors with Chaita hall and a huge stupa from where caskets of Buddha’s relic is available. Ratnagiri, the Largest Buddhist monastery we have till know, flourished from 4th to 14th century AD with most of the sculptors of the Vajrayanic sect, hundreds of Votive Stupa & brick Stupa and huge monastery. Later visit Udaygiri, Another huge Buddhist monastery which still under excavation and and Langudi Giri which one of recent excavation with ruins of Monastery, Stupas and lot of Mahayanic sculptors, Five Dhyani Buddhas. Drive back to Bhubaneswar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5

Checkout – Drop at Airport / Railway station

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and & drive towards Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway station for onward journey with a lot of memories of Odisha.
