On your arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport or Railway Station, our guide will give you a warm welcome and transfer you to the best hotel for your comfortable stay. After getting freshens up we will take you to witness various species animals, reptiles, mammals, amphibians, and fish. You will find endangered species as well in Nandankanan Wildlife Sanctuary. After the beautiful safari, we will drop you to the hotel to take some rest.
Your day will start with bed tea and our wake up call. After getting freshens up we will visit Khandagiri and Udaygiri caves, Jain Monuments which belong to 2nd Century B.C. After visiting those historical monuments we will take you for authentic Odiya cuisine. Now it’s time for learning the history of Buddhism. We will visit Odisha state museum with a lot of Buddhist Sculptors collected from different Buddhist archeological sites of Odisha (Orissa). By evening our tour agent will drop you to the hotel for rest and getting ready for the next day trip.
Since your day is going to be long so we will provide you proper and healthy breakfast. After getting ready we will start our journey moving forward to the trip. We will show the cultural art of Odisha ‘Applique Work’ in Pipili and the world heritage site Sun Temple of Konark and learn the Buddhist influence on this temple and the famous Jagannath Temple. After seeking blessing we will return Bhubaneswar en route Dhauli, witnessing the famous light show. Now, our tour agent will drop you to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
We will try to make your day start with bed tea then we will start with full-day excursion to Lalitgiri (Archeological site of a Buddhist Monastery from 4th to 8th Century AD) with Monastery parts and many votive Stupa, all different Buddhist sculptors with Chaita hall and a Huge stupa from where caskets of Buddha's relic is available. After that we will move to Ratnagiri, the Largest Buddhist monastery we have till know, flourished from 4th to 14th century AD with most of the sculptors of Vajrayanic sect, hundreds of Votive Stupa & brick Stupa and huge monastery. After that we will take a lunch break then we will visit Udaygiri, another huge Buddhist monastery which still under excavation. After completing the excursion we will drive you back to Bhubaneswar and drop you to the hotel.
After visiting such famous Monasteries now it’s time for Mahayanic sculptors. We will move forward in your journey. We will visit Kayam Hill Buddhist cave and Langudi Giri which one of the recent excavations with ruins of Monastery, Stupas and a lot of Mahayanic sculptors, Five Dhyani Buddhas. We will drive back to Bhubaneswar and drop you to the hotel for rest.
After your breakfast, our tour agent will drop you to Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station for onward journey with a lot of memories of Odisha.
