Q. Does OD Travels have family trips?

OD Travels offers a wide range of Family Adventures around the Odisha. The minimum age (for Family trips) varies depending on destination, and OD Travels has set minimum ages to ensure that the included activities suit each age range. Additionally, you’ll notice that some of the more adventurous destinations have a higher minimum age. Please view our adventure packages for more information.

Q. If I am traveling solo, will I be charged a single supplement?

As a solo traveler, you will be paired up with another passenger of the same gender as per your passport information. If you’re not comfortable sharing a room with someone of the same gender, you also have the choice to pay for a single supplement (available on the majority of our trips). If you don’t identify with the gender assigned on your passport, please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll arrange the rooming configuration accordingly.

Q. What time can I check-in at my arrival hotel?

Check-in times can vary from hotel to hotel and region to region. Generally, they are between noon and 2 pm. If you do arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage with the hotel and head out to explore for a couple of hours.

Q. How Should I Travel Around in Odisha?

The best way to travel within Odisha is to travel by road as this offers you an opportunity to have a glimpse of real Odisha as you can visit en-route villages, cities, temples, markets and at your own pace, which is not possible by air or by train. But, if you are travelling long distances, then taking a flight or trains can be more convenient and save time.

Q. What about Payment Terms ?

We normally need an advance amount once we are able to confirm you arrangements for the tour. The amount depends on the services you may require for the tour. This can be paid through bank transfer (before arrival) credit cards, traveller’s cheques or cash. We need balance payment before arrival. The exact terms will be given at the time of reservation.

Q. What If I Have to Make Any Changes in the Tour for Any Reason ?

We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is a penalty charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.

Q. Will I Know Which Hotels I Will Be Staying in Before I Go ?

Yes, we will send you a detailed list of hotels at the time of confirmation of our services and before asking you for advance payment.

Q. Who Will I Meet on My Arrival in India ?

You will be greeted by our representative at the airport on your arrival. He shall be holding a placard of your name for identification. We shall also provide you list of emergency 24 hours contact numbers for any emergency.

Q. If I Come Across Any Problem During My Trip, How Would You Help Me ?

We provide truly 24 X 7 assistance. Our office is open 24 hours a day which means that you will always have someone to assist you even at any point of time. We shall also give you mobile nos. of executives who you may call in case of any need .

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Since we customize packages as per your demands, the cancellation policy varies across hotels and services. However, you're informed about the detailed cancellation policy before you make any payments

Q. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

Whether a booking is made online or over the phone, a confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details.
