Sana Ghagara Eco-Tourism Complex, Aanjar is situated adjacent to Sana Ghagara Water Fall of Keonjhar District at an Approximate Distance of 5 KMs from Keonjhar District Headquarter. The Eco-Tourism Complex flanks the verdant hill on one side with perennial flow of Machhakandana River and the Forested Landscape on other side marked by presence of NH 49. The landscape of the site is unique and picturesque owing to undulated terrain and uniform Sal growth. Perennial flow of river Machhakandana terminating as Sana Ghagara waterfall at a distance of 100 meter from the Eco-tourism complex circumscribed by undulated terrain is the focal point of attraction.

Gonasika & Guptaganga (26 Kms away from Sanaghagara Nature Camp)

Gonasika Temple of Brahmeswar Mahadev is established by the side of river Baitarni by Creator Brahma himself . Perennial river Baitarni is originated here through two nostrils of a cow. The river soon goes underground and re-emerges to be collected inside Brahma Kunda for which it is known as Guptaganga. The spot is at a distance of 26 km from Sanaghagara Nature Camp.

Khandadhar Waterfall (53 Kms away from Sanaghagara Nature Camp)

Kanjhari Irrigation Project is a reservoir scheme across Kanjhari nallah, a tributary of river Baitarani to provide irrigation. The project is located near village Chaka in Keonjhar block of Keonjhar district and a distance about 29 Kms from Sanaghagara Nature Camp.

Sitabinji (37 Kms away from Sanaghagara Nature Camp)

Sitabinji, famous for fresco paintings on a Rock Shelter called Ravan Chhaya, lies at a distance of 37 Kms from Sanaghagara Nature Camp. The local people associate the cave with Sita and her sons, Lava and Kusa. The inscribed boulders are also connected with many stories and traditions. The name Sitabinji may have originated from Sita, now worshipped in the cave, or from the name of the rivulet flowing close-by which is also called Sita.

Useful Information

1Visitor has to take print copy of accommodation booking and entry ticket along with identity proof.
2Except for Dormitory category Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are complimentary and limited to number of person named in the ticket. For Dormitory Booking a sum of Rs. 500/- per person per day is to be paid at the destination toward breakfast, lunch & dinner. Children from 3 years to 12 years accompanying the parents and Driver of the vehicle will be charged extra at the destination as per tariff of the destination to be paid at the destination.

Cancellation Notes

1 In case Tickets are cancelled by the ecotour cell due to any unforeseen event not suitable for staying of the visitor, full amount will be refunded to the visitor.
2Cancellation of booking done online can only be done through the portal and by the visitors only. Cancellation cannot be done by the Ecotourism Cell or by the destinations on request Email and/or telephonic request. It is the responsibility of the visitor intending to cancel the ticket to ensure that the booking is cancelled and confirmation email is sent to the registered Email ID.
3 Tickets Booked by Agents can only be cancelled through the concerned Booking Agents only. Booking done at Cash Counter can only be cancelled at the concerned cash counter at which Booking is made.
4 The above Charges will be applicable On the Total Booking Amount Excluding the Transaction Charge and applicable taxes thereon. Transaction Charge and taxes thereon is Non-refundable.
5In Case of Cancellation, the amount due to be refunded will be refunded to the visitor account within a period of 7 to 15 Days from the Date of Cancellation.
6Tickets Booked at Cash Counters need to be cancelled at the concerned Cash Counters.
