Itinerary Visit Guide

Day 1

Airport/Railway Station Pickup – Refresh at Hotel – Tribal Research Centre – Onward Journey to Rayagada

On your arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport or Railway Station, our guide will give you a warm welcome and transfer you to the best hotel for your comfortable stay. We will visit the Tribal Research Centre and Museum to get a brief knowledge of the tribes in Odisha and their crafts. In the evening we will board the train for Rayagada.

Day 2

Railway Station Pickup – Refresh at Hotel – Gunupur – Drop at Hotel

After reaching Rayagada, we will drop you to your hotel to get freshen up. After that, we will visit the Gunupur region to see the housing of Saura tribes and the famous wall painting. Then our tour agent will drop you at your hotel.

Day 3

Hotel Pickup – Interacting with Desia Kondh Tribes – Hiking – Back to Rayagada

Your day will start with bed tea and our wake up call. After getting freshens up we will visit the weekly market of Desia Kondh tribes. Then we will take some lunch and then start hiking in the villages. After that, we will move back to Rayagada and drop you to your hotel.

Day 4

Hotel Pickup – Dungurai – Bantalbiri – Drop at Hotel

After getting freshen up we will visit the weekly market of Dungurai tribes where they come down the hills to sale their horticultural products and in return, they buy their weekly needs of dry fishes or cloths, etc. After that, we will go on a road trip to Bantalbiri and we drop you at a rural tourism camp. We will stay there overnight.

Day 5

Hotel Pickup – Bonda – Gadaba – Paraja – Dedehi – Mali – Drop at Desia Camp

After your breakfast, we will take you to visit the most interesting Bonda tribal market at Onukadeli where they come all the way to sale their homemade country alcohol. We will also meet Gadaba, Paraja, Dedehi and Mali tribes who come to this market to buy their weekly needs or to share a drink from the palm tree. We will have lunch by the spectacular waterfall and our tour agent will drop you at Desia Camp.

Day 6

Hotel Pickup – Gadaba -- Paraja – Dhemsa Dance – Drop at Camp

After breakfast, we will go hiking for half-day to visit nearby Gadaba, Paraja and Mali villages and we will drop you to the camp. In the evening we will witness Dhemsa Dance by the host community and you may join to match your steps with the tunes of the local drum and flute.

Day 7

Hotel Pickup – Dhuruba Tribes – Drop at station

After breakfast, we will depart for the Gupteswar region and we will go hiking by the riverside to visit Dhuruba tribes. In the afternoon we will visit the weekly market at Baligaon and our tour agent will drop you to board the train at Koraput for Bhubaneswar or Puri.

Given prices are on Per person basis on Double Occupancy (two persons sharing a room)

All transfers and sightseeing are provided on SIC (Seat in Coach) basis unless private transportation is not mentioned in inclusions

We generally provide indoor outdoor tickets on the same day, but for special occasions, we might give these tickets on different days (depend on the itinerary)
No Transfers are given for dinner unless pre-booked and paid above the holiday cost
For any complimentary in the package, no compensation will be given under any circumstances
Any delay or cancellation of program due to nature or other reasons will not provide any refund
